Style and Method
Systematic specialises in providing effective in-house training courses and workshops to major organisations worldwide. We undertake a wide variety of projects – ranging from single day one-to-one coaching to modelling workshops for entry grade or more experienced executives.
Objectives
First of all we like to be certain of client requirements. Together we can develop the workshop outline to achieve the best mix of practical and demonstration sessions with exercises. We often use pre-course evaluations to ensure that participants can influence the content and gain as much value as possible from the workshops.
Training Style
Our training style is highly interactive. As well as demonstrations, we provide plenty of time for exercises and questions to ensure that participants can play a full part in the learning process. Interaction and group work make training more enjoyable for participants and at the same time are stimulating and effective.
Delivery
All participants receive copies of slide presentations and computer models to reinforce the delivery of the workshops. We have also developed exercises and assignments to be completed after the workshops, which participants can use to consolidate the key learning points.

Continuing support includes:

- Email for information and other requests before and after workshops
- Post course evaluations for human resources and line management
- Follow up courses and workshops
